Last week, I went to a fashion show with a group of my friends. It was in New York City on a Friday night, so we knew it was going to be crazy. We knew about the show for weeks, so we all took off from work and we were ready for a girls night out. We had to take the train from Ronkonkoma to Penn Station, but we got discount tickets through our local library. It was only $8 for a round-trip ticket. We were so excited; it was going to be an amazing night. We weren’t sure which designers were going to be featured at the show, but we heard rumors that the biggest part of the show was going to be the unveiling on the new Vera Wang wedding dresses.
